TP-LINK Archer C9 AC1900 Dual Band Wireless Router Reviews Price

TP-LINK Archer C9 AC1900 Dual Band Wireless has many reviews from they costumer, one of reviews them :

I got this router around a week ago and I cannot say enough good things about it! The short story on it is it's inexpensive (relatively), extremely easy to set up, the interface is quick and painless, firmware updates are effortless, and the range is jaw dropping. I normally hate wifi, and after having used 2.4Ghz 802.11n for the past 3 years and getting used to about a 1000 sqft range, I figured that was all one base station could do... boy was I wrong!

This TP-Link C9 has changed my whole network. I was previously using a Motorola SBG 6580 wireless gateway (see photo) but now I am using this. I have around 5,000 sqft of range now in 2.4Ghz and perhaps 3,500 sqft of useful range at 5Ghz. I have no issues picking up solid wifi in the road on the opposite end of my home. The bandwidth is phenomenal at 80-90Mbit from anywhere in the house now. My previous dead-spots (like the master bedroom) where I could only get around -70dB of signal are now -55dB or stronger (5x greater signal strength).

If you name your networks the same SSID for 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz then it runs a simultaneous dual-band network that all devices can interact with. My new Moto X (2014) automatically switches to the stronger/better network, and my older 802.11n devices have zero connection drops now. Don't waste your money on anything else. I encourage everyone reading this to get this router, enjoy the beauty of it and small footprint, and enjoy your new love of wifi 802.11ac.

NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Review

Wow. after YEARS of fighting weak Wifi (really, YEARS). Spending stupid amounts of money on repeaters and becoming a near expert on antenna tech, I had given up on my house. I had two bids in hand for a couple thousand bucks to hard wire in enough Cat 6 points to ensure high bandwidth to SEVERAL access points to supply signal to the different levels and locations I need Internet. (The House ain't that grand, just several levels and I work at home and move around a lot. It also has some mystery materials that seem resistant to signal.)

Today FedEx brought me salvation. The easiest, most bullet-proof set-up that I've ever used. 30 minutes start to finish to change out an old installation and be writing this review on hi band AC. Here's the best part. I am sittiing RIGHT NOW at the furtherest point in my house from the router with LESS THAN 5% (waaay less) fall off from HARDWIRED speed UP AND DOWN and I am using a lap top with no augmentation. (That means that I don't have a little USB dongle on my laptop to boast single.) Specifically, my download speed is over 55 and my upload is over 12 (Mbps). Now your area may have greater or less speed than mine but my AT THE PLUG speed on ethernet is less than 5% higher tested in realtime.

So, to tell you the truth. I have always hated Netgear. When a client put in one of their low end routers months ago, I groaned. Now, I'm here to say the R8000 (AKA AC3200) - JUST SCREAMS. And it is equally MAC friendly, has a nice iphone app and serves as an iTunes server.

I think it will be a while before anything beats this. Wow. (Again, from the time FedEx dropped the box until the period in this sentence hit was barely an hour - it's that easy.)

Ultra Triband Wireless Wi-Fi Router - D-Link AC3200 Review

I have tried all 3 of these routers. I have had more time to play with the Netgear X6 and Asus Rt-AC3200. My internet is through Comcast. I get about 127 Mbps down and 12 up. So far I find they are all pretty much ok. I feel like if you drop $300 on a router it should be amazing. I know you will find people that cry and say expect bugs for new technology and I should be hung for saying this. Yes I do expect some but for flag ship routers I expect them to be squashed very quickly. So far they all have been coming out slow. And by the way I am coming from an old Netgear R6300. And all of the routers I have tried have been on the latest firmware.

RANGE
So far range is not that impressive of any of the three. I expected more. I do get a signal in all of my house and outside but I did previously. The signal in the garage is pretty weak which is only 30-40 feet from the router. I would have to say Asus had the weakest not by much and the D-link and X6 are about the same.

DESIGN
I know this is personal preference but I prefer the Asus, followed by the D-link and then the X6. The D-link does seem like the nicest quality. If it were black it would probably win in my book, I keep it in my living room and it is bright red. The X6 seems like cheap plastic and the antennas are very cheap looking.

SMART CONNECT
So far the smart connect works the best with the D-Link. It hasn't dropped connections on me so far. I just don't understand why at times it puts some of my AC devices on the 2.4 Ghz band. I find with the Asus that is its biggest flaw. The smart connect is terrible and drops constanty. It disconnected after some devices went to sleep and after about 10 seconds being awake they would reconnect (wifi is set to never turn off even during sleep)

Triband Wireless Router Reviews for TP-Link AC3200

Triband Wireless Router Reviews for TP-Link AC3200 from the people who buy on the online store he says :
This is a great router. I upgraded from a Netgear 600. I have fiber optic internet connection with 100Mbps up and download speeds. Using my old router I was getting speeds around 95. After several test I am now averaging speeds of 115 up and download speeds. Another issue I was having with old router was signal strength and speed upstairs. I now have a very strong 5ghz and 2ghz connection upstairs with speeds still in the mid 90mpbs as before could only get in the mid 60mpbs.
The router was easy to set up using the instructions. I took a picture of bottom of router so I would have the information for login. From time I plugged in the router I had my laptop set up, new passwords and renamed the access points. This was one of the easiest installs I have ever done. After 2 weeks of use I have had no issues or connection problems. All test were done using no AC wifi cards through speedtest.net.

Unit comes with a reset switch, one gigabit WAN port, four gigabit LAN ports, one USB 2.0 port, one USB 3.0 port and an On/Off switch. The package contents also includes an Ethernet cable, the router's 12V/5A external power supply. The instruction manual was easy to follow.

Pros:
Extremely quick speeds
Easy to install
Great range even through walls and upstairs
Has 6 antennas to promote range and speed
3 channels of use 2 5ghz and one 2ghz
